What are the methods of payment?

At SKEPP, office furniture can be purchased in three ways: in the form of rent (no property, can be cancelled monthly), rent-to-own (property after an agreed period, possible from a rental period of 12 months or longer) or purchase (direct ownership). It is also possible to make use of several methods of payment at the same time.

When will the furniture be delivered?

Because we value being able to deliver in a timely manner, SKEPP strives to deliver your order within 1 week! The actual delivery takes place on a date that is decided together with the customer. Items that are not in stock might take slightly longer and have a maximum delivery time of only 8 weeks.

Will the items be placed/unpacked/installed by the deliverers or will they only be delivered on location (as stated in the furnishing proposal)?

SKEPP will take care of and is responsible for the delivery and the setup of the furniture at location, as stated in the furnishing proposal, unless otherwise agreed upon.

How do I know if my office portfolio is suitable for Officekit?

Every building is suitable for the products of Officekit, so your building(s) as well. The keyless entry slots are very easy to manage in the SKEPP app, with which you can also control gates. Are there visitors who want to park? They can use a one-time code. You will also find hardware information about your building(s) in the app. Consider the temperature of the building, but also the humidity level and the CO2 content. The reception column offers many advantages, just like the payment terminal for lunch. The payment terminal for lunch makes sure that you can keep your company restaurant up and running without FTEs. Again a way to save on personnel costs! Besides, if you are going to tackle the company restaurant, look at the Officekit furniture for lunch, because this fits well with the payment terminal. A tenant of mine would like to use Officeplanner, what should I do?

Very simple, just introduce the online Officeplanner tool to the tenant! This allows the tenant to furnish the office building really quick. The tool can be accessed via shop.skepp.com, but it can also be implemented as a widget on your website. The advantages of a virtual design is that the tenant has insight into the possibilities of a specific office space in no time. This speeds up the rental. What is the difference between an office room and an office space?

An office room is a personalised, closed room and is often called an office unit. Office rooms occur in different sizes, up to 100 m2. Office rooms can be delivered fully furnished as well as unfurnished. On the other hand, an office space is a big space of 100 m2 or more. Often, this is an entire office floor with open flexible workstations, office rooms, an own meeting room and a pantry.

What is the difference between a regular workplace and a flexible workplace?

A regular workplace is different from a flexible workplace. The difference is the availability and not the working environment. If you rent a workplace, you have your own, dedicated desk. Therefore you dont have to clean up your desk each time you leave, you can just leave your personal belongings on your own, private desk. On the other hand, if you rent a flexible workplace you do not have your own, dedicated desk. Instead, you paying for a membership. This membership gives you the right to make unlimited use of the workplaces in the open office spaces. Are all the workplaces taken? Then please try again in a few hours. A flexible workplace is cheaper than a regular workplace, simply because you dont know for sure if there is a workplace available at your desired working time.

Can I rent meeting rooms at SKEPP?

How does SKEPP earn money?

SKEPP earns money by charging the landlord a commission based on the monthly amount collected. For workplaces, this commission is 15% during the rental period and for office rooms and office spaces, SKEPP charges 14% of the rental income over the first year. SKEPP has an arrangement with all landlords that the rental prices cannot be higher for people finding a workplace or office room via SKEPP. The keyless entry lock works on bluetooth and is easy to manage in our app. In addition to managing the locks, you can also make a link with an online booking system for the meeting rooms.
